Marco GIANINETTO (marco.gianinetto@polimi.it) is Professor of Remote Sensing and Copernicus Uptake at Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and an Associate at the National Research Council of Italy.
He is head of the Laboratory of Remote Sensing , member of the Governing Council of the Italian Society of Remote Sensing , Co-Editor-in-Chief for European Journal of Remote Sensing , Associate Editor for International Journal of Remote Sensing , and Associate Editor for Journal of Applied Remote Sensing .
Marco Gianinetto is mentor for the Copernicus Accelerator programme of the European Commission and has been a co-author of the study Space Market Uptake in Europe for the European Parliament.
